Yes, Food court is there on the 2nd Floor which will have 350 seats, however, we haven’t launched it yet.
When it was Pre Launched, how many shops are there & how much has been sold out?
The Pre Launch started from 2nd week of Sept ’13, the official launch date was 26th Oct ’13. In Phase I there are 313 shops out which approx. 70% has been sold. Also, would like to inform you that the prices will be revised by Rs. 1000/- sq. ft. w.e.f. 28th Oct ’13.
Is there Parking available, if yes what are its charges?
Yes, Parking is available for both shop owners & visitor and is compulsory for Shop owners, 3 Levels of Basement and 3 Levels of Podium Parking
